Dominic is a Senior Consultant helping purpose-driven investors to align their investment and stewardship practices with their beneficiaries’ interests in a sustainable and just financial system.

He brings significant experience across asset ownership, asset management, and civil society.

Between 2019 – 2025, Dominic was Director of Sustainable Investment at a UK charitable foundation, overseeing all aspects of purpose-aligned endowment strategy, investment management, and administration. His roles prior to this include stewardship and ESG analyst positions at Sarasin and Partners and Hermes EOS, where he also had responsibility for relationships with pension funds in the UK, Netherlands, and Nordics.

Dominic holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Cambridge, a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business Leadership from the University of Leeds, the CFA Society’s Investment Management Certificate, and a certificate in executive coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
