Andrew Doman

Chair of ANNA Money and Lending Works Capital

Andrew is an experienced Chair of regulated financial services and fintech businesses in the UK. He is currently Chair of ANNA Money and also Chair of Lending Works Capital and is a Non-Executive Director of Castle Trust bank (SMF 12).

Previously he has been on the Boards of a number of successful financial services businesses including Non- Executive Director and strategy advisor to Tungsten Networks (AIM listed); non-executive director at Target Group; and at One Savings Bank. He has worked extensively with PE firms in advisory roles.
He has held several senior executive roles including CEO, at Premium Credit where he led a highly successful private equity investment and exit. He was chairman, President and CEO of Russell Investments in Seattle from 2009 to 2012. During that time, he was responsible for leading a turnaround of the business following the global financial crisis.

Prior to that Andrew spent 22 years at McKinsey & Co, where his clients included a number of leading UK, European and global financial services companies. He has degrees in Medicine & Surgery, and Economics and holds an MBA.
