Jen serves on the Mission Board of the RZ Accelerator, which she co-founded along with Indy Johar and Leon Seefeld to back the next generation of capital allocators, who invest in system level assets using different value frameworks.

Jen was previously the CEO of Thirty Percy, a philanthropic institution that supports structural transformation of our political economy, with a focus on resourcing visionary leadership and reimagining the role of capital in building civic power. Prior to this, Jen was General Counsel of a UK-based Family Office, where she became a lead instigator of their early approach to responsible investment. Jen started her career as a lawyer at Macfarlanes LLP, where she specialised in advising wealth holders on the tax and structuring of their financial interests.

Jen is board chair of Quadrature Climate Foundation, whose mission is to unlock critical solutions needed to avert and manage the worst climate impacts, especially for the most vulnerable people and ecosystems.

Jen holds an LLB from the University of Bristol and an MPA from the London School of Economics.

Alongside working, Jen is on the steep learning curve that is parenthood and, when not juggling like crazy, enjoys walks on the beaches of North Norfolk and watching Arsenal FC.
