Joanne Hickman Dodd is a Senior Consultant at Arkadiko Partners, Founder & CEO of DoddReach Consulting, and a board advisor.

She leverages her extensive expertise in investment consulting, asset management, institutional distribution, and strategic growth to support the Arkadiko Partner’s expansion in the United States. With more than 35 years in global asset management, Joanne has held senior leadership roles at Capital Group, Northern Trust Asset Management, and UBS Global Asset Management, leading strategic sales initiatives across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

At DoddReach Consulting, Joanne advises emerging leaders and financial firms on growth strategy and leadership development. She has been instrumental in guiding governance processes, fostering strategic partnerships, and positioning leaders and firms for long-term success.

Joanne serves on the Advisory Board of Pensions & Investments Influential Women in Institutional Investing and the board of Lotus Women’s Institute. She is co-founder of Women Investment Professionals (WIP) and Board Emeritus at Deborah’s Place, Chicago.

Joanne holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business, Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Elmhurst University. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).
