Stefanie is an engaged leader and independent consultant, with experience connecting strategy, investment, people, and ideas to provide meaningful change and impactful growth. Stefanie is supporting Arkadiko’s strategic plan with expanded business development in the U.S.

Prior to her work as a consultant, Stefanie was a senior investment strategist at Northern Trust Asset Management, where she successfully developed and positioned investment solutions for institutional clients focusing on index management, sustainable investing practices, and factor-based investing. She deployed product strategy and management expertise across a range of investment vehicles, including mutual funds, Collective Investment Trusts, UCITS, ETFs and SMAs.

In addition, Stefanie maintained key roles in enterprise efforts around diversity, equity, and inclusion through her roles in implementing investment product and co-chairing of the Northern Trust Women’s leadership development forum, an extensive series of professional development programs growing strategic thinkers and leaders.

Stefanie received a B.A. in Business Management from Cornell University.
