Joanne is a seasoned investment executive and board advisor with over 35 years of leadership in global asset management, institutional distribution, and business development.

Her work has consistently centered on long-term relationship development, responsible capital deployment, and inclusive leadership advancement. She has held senior roles at Capital Group, Northern Trust, and UBS, leading strategic sales efforts with global intermediaries across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

As Founder and CEO of DoddReach Consulting, Joanne advises emerging leaders and financial firms on growth strategy and leadership development. She serves on the Advisory Boards of P&I’s Influential Women in Institutional Investing and Lotus Women’s Institute. Joanne is a co-founder of Women Investment Professionals (WIP) and Board Member Emeritus at Deborah’s Place in Chicago.

She holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and coaching credentials from IPEC (CPC, ELI-MP).
